The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) situation continues to evolve and change on almost a daily basis. Please know that we continue to receive updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and local and state health departments in order to determine the best course of action to keep our residents safe.

We will continue to follow CMS, CDC, state and local health department guidelines for visitation to provide a safe environment for residents, visitors, and team members during varying phases of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
Please Note: Fully vaccinated refers to a person who is ≥2 weeks following receipt of the second dose in a 2-dose series, or ≥2 weeks following receipt of one dose of a single-dose vaccine, per the CDC’s Public Health Recommendations for Vaccinated Persons.
Upon entering the community, all visitors must:
Residents who are fully vaccinated can choose to have close contact, including touch, with their visitor while wearing a well-fitting face mask and performing hand hygiene before and after. If both the resident and visitor are vaccinated, they may both choose to remove their masks during their visit.
